Having an automatic feeder has become a must in our buisy lives so I went on the search for one with the features I was needing as well as being user easy as I’m truly the worst with electronics! I didn’t want yet another devise that’s run from my cell phone as it has already happened to me where my phone broke and it left me holding the bag trying to figure out how to bypass using the units without a phone so this one hit the make there ! You program it from a removable front plate that kinda reminds me of the radios they had well way back when I won’t date myself lol! The build took all of 10 minutes and then reading the instruction to program and setting it up was another 5 minutes and we are good to go! The food basin hold a lot of food more than a lb and the feeded trays have 2 height levels that’s a great feature because I do have a puker and raised feeding helps alleviate that! The trays are removable for easy cleaning as well! We put in batteries but also chose to plug the unit into we are covered any way that may fail from weather of bad batteries ect ! I have it 4 stars for 1 reason alone when it drops the food it’s super loud and has scared all 5 of my cats to the point that they won’t go near it! This feeded sounded perfect till it actually fed ! I’m have high hopes they will become used to the noise and start using it within a week or so! But yes I would give this 2 thumbs up and recommend the purchase if this especially if your away from the home a lot during feeding hours!

My pets love this feeder. It is simple and easy. to set up and use. Since I have 2 pets I love that they have their own separate bowls to feed from. Its capacity is not that big so it needs refills frequently. However thats not a big deal.

I just got this item and I am not sure what I think of it yet. There is more to programming it than I expected there to be, and it does take a bit to figure out what you are doing. There are a lot of instructions for what should be a simple device. While I love the concept of what it can do, I think throwing 2 scoops in the bowl twice a day might be easier. I hope to get it mastered in the near future, as it could be a great appliance for when I am gone.
