Très apprécié des chats qui sont venus à bout du premier après cinq mois

I was so excited to find this scratcher- and especially at this price. I have used this style for years and this is my third. It´s true that I paid more for my original but not the second. I could not locate these anywhere else. I´m not sure if this is a knock off of a discontinued item or if the original manufacturer has started using less dense cardboard. Here they are side by side and the old one is much denser cardboard and much heavier. It was too good to be true...I should have known.

This scratching pad is INCREDIBLE and will last my two cats a really long time. Right out of the box one of my cats instantly laid on it and fell asleep. It does have a strong smell but went away really quickly.

The edging overlaps all the way around creating a sharpness that can cause paper cuts. I have to take an exact blade around the whole thing. Will not buy this brand again.

Mitchell and Edison love it. They use it to scratch on and to nap on. Happy with this selection.
