This is so annoying Very frustrating. I was looking forward to using this bowl for my stray cats. The first one arrived broken, and the replacement does not work even when plugged in. It does not warm the water, and I want a refund.

After about 8 years, my old bowl quit working. I use these as water filled, heated bases under my chicken water fonts. Works well. In the severe cold I just use the heated bowl for their water. Works well and is really durable.
