I must say that I am highly disappointed in the cat house as it was constructed of inferior materials. The structure is very flimsy and most likely will not last very long in the outdoor weather. Secondly, the dimensions as shown on the description are completely wrong. The height is NOT 110' and the width is NOT 73" x 73". I had a carpenter build a platform for this "Catio" which had to be completely rebuilt in the real dimension. THAT COST ME MONEY that I should not have had to spend. Third, there was a drill hole in one of the frame posts that effects the integrity of the structure so had to pay the carpenter to place a brace on the post to make sure it would not crack in half. When I contacted customer service, they were less than sympathetic to the issues. I am HIGHLY disappointed with Wayfair as this is the second product I had purchased through them that had issues (The last one was furniture that had been delivered and was severely damaged. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH WAYFAIR AGAIN due to poor customer service!!!!

I paid 419.00 for this unit in Feb 2025, and I was going to buy another one because I like it so much, but the price has increased by 200.00. I have another brand that looks the same but it’s smaller, and the same materials are used. It could be a little sturdier, but whatever. My cats love it.

It is definitely smaller then illustrated, very wobbly and the screws then to rust over the winter periods.

I love the catio and so do my cats!

This is the second one I have bought going to hook them together to make a cat mansion I have 4 cats and they love it They get a taste of outdoor life with out the chance of being hit by a car love love love
