This dog bed works for me. It is a good size for small dogs. I got it for my 50 lb standard poodle for training purposes (not necessarily for lounging/sleeping in). The cushion is extremely thick and firm which is great. The finish on the wood is odd tho. The stain (?) has an orange undertone but then there is a cool whitewash over that. This wood finish cheapens the look of the bed (especially for the price). It is solid wood underneath so I may just sand it down. The legs are not the same length so it wobbled horribly (even on a rug) when my dog tried to get on it. I had to pad two of the legs. The upholstery is beautiful however there are loose strings everywhere that snag and fray the fabric. Again, cheapening the look especially given the price. The product would have been perfect if the wood finish was more neutral, if the legs were a bit more even and if the upholstery was finished better. The bones of this piece is high quality. The finishes of this piece is cheap quality.

The product came 99 put together and packed very securely. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. All I had to do was screw in the 4 legs cut off some thread.
