First let’s start with I ordered the item on 121023 and didn’t receive until 1224. On 121823 I received a package that was to contain the cat bed, however someone else’s order was shipped to me (the packing slip had the name and address for who’s order I received). After contacting Wayfair their was response was well for 8 you can keep what you received, to which my response was no, you sent me someone else’s order, I want my order. Customer service was very disappointing considering it was a mistake on their end. Second see the pictures for what was ordered vs what I received, very disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

Great bed and hideway for my cats.

I received this bed the other day because I really wanted a red bed. My cat is very particular and was really happy with his current bedding but it was starting to fall apart. I just want to point out that I don't think that the pictures do any justice on showing what it's like it makes the padding look like it's super fluffy and that the cat is way up high when the padding is very thin( the removable bedding on the bottom) . Also when you look at the measurements taken consideration or maybe I did it wrong that when I measured the height it is only the very back that has the most height as this kind of slopes down. Regardless, my cat seems to like it he scratches the pillow out so I kind of wish it was attached into the bed but that is just personal preference due to my cat. Another thing that I kind of wish that it had was more insulation to warm my cat up because I noticed that he's getting cold. These are just minor little things that I had to take a chance on when I ordered it hoping it would have a lot of the same things as the current bed he was sleeping in but just a different color. I have to realize that the bed he was in was wool cat cave and it was a very different bed and keeping him warm. I just took the pillow out and he seems to still like it and lay in there. My cats are around 11 lb so he fits in it but one thing I noticed is that his head kind of sticks out a little bit which I don't think he likes. These are just little things that if your cat is like mine I'm just trying to help out with the review. I really rely on reviews when I read them on Wayfair which I did before I got this bad and it really helped me out. And that is what I'm wanting to do with this review. Overall it seems to be a decent bed. I love the red color. Side note: As my cat was trying to get used to this bed pawing in it and sniffing and circling to snuggle in trying to sleep, he somehow was able to tip it over and fall onto the floor with it. It took some time for him to adjust to this bed but that is just my silly cat who I love dearly. I just decided to move the bed not on the edge of my bed so he didn't do it again LOL. That has nothing to do with the bed I just thought it was a silly thing.
