Love this de-icer! Already own one, and this is a backup. HOWEVER, please be aware that this product was shipped in previously opened packaging that had been re-sealed. It was missing the instructions as well as the shipping tie on the cable, making me unsure if this product has been used and/or returned. I have no problem purchasing "open-box" or like-new returns IF the product description clearly states that and the pricing is reflective. This was not the case and I am now unsure if future purchases from Wayfair will be full price for open-box items that are missing instructions and packing materials.

I have not used yet, but very good quality item.
