Lovely, sturdy cat tree! Unfortunately, it arrived cracked in two places (one is the largest piece of wood, and the other is near the top), so I hired someone to put it together since it was so heavy. I called Wayfair to ask for a replacement, and they told me to call the factory in China! I refused and, since then, will not order any furniture or items from Wayfair that may be broken!

Was easy to put together, and it is sturdier than I thought it would be. Don't worry if your cat isn't immediately drawn to it. It took ours a few days before they explored and now it is daily hangout. The plastic bowl we got rid of and added a board to make it flat as shewas not liking the bowl however others might.

My cats love the cat tree! I was very impressed how well it was made. There was only one slight problem when one of the smaller pieces arrived broken, but Wayfair customer service was great and replaced the part within a week. Very pleased with the experience.

It has made Agnes a very happy kitty (and it is sturdy enough to withstand her running leaps and not tip over)!

This cat tower is really stable and made out of nice wood. One of the levels was broken but we screwed a paint stick to the bottom of it. I should have asked for another one but thats always such a hassle. Hopefully it holds up. This does seem like it will last a long time. It should because it was a bit expensive. I would buy again because we have had several cat towers and this one is more like a heavy piece of furniture. Much nicer.
