Très grande niche pour chien d'extérieur en bois de pin massif avec clôture sécuritaire

I had a lot of trouble with this order. On the positive side - I did eventually receive all of the parts, and the customer service reps over the phone line were very helpful and kind. On the negative side: I initially received only one box of what I've now come to understand should be a two-box flat-pack assembly kit. The box was in VERY rough shape, to the point where I struggled to move it through the house from my front door to the back yard without it collapsing - and folks, I sling checked baggage and boxes in the travel industry for a living. It's not something that I struggle with, given proper packaging. Once I opened the package, I also noted that several boards were visibly damaged. Upon my realization of this deficit, and that I had only received half of the necessary parts (no hardware, no roof, etc. ), I called customer service. The very kind gentleman that I spoke to got me set up to receive a replacement for my order, and I waited for attempt two to arrive. Once it did, I was at first concerned that the box was again the same size, containing only duplicates of the pieces I already had. I placed another call, and the customer service representative I spoke with was again kind and helpful; but she also mentioned that her system seemed to indicate that there might be a second package. Regardless, she was understanding of me possibly wishing to return the item rather than continue to struggle with this. A few days later, I did finally receive a second box. The packaging this time was in even sorrier shape than the first two had been - even the small box inside of it containing the hardware had clearly been smashed about. When I started to remove pieces to finally get to assembly, I discovered that this was - ZERO room for doubt - because I had clearly received a re-packaged returned item. Zero doubt because the flooring for inside the doghouse showed residual marks of poultry poo, and *A COUPLE OF SMALL, BROKEN EGGS* fell out. Great job sending this on to me, guys. I did start to attempt assembly, regardless of this latest fiasco. The only instructions included are in what I assume must be Chinese (though my Asian language reading skills are insufficient to be sure); but if that had been the only issue in all this, I could have overlooked it, given that the website does allow me to access a pdf of English-language instructions. But no - even those English instructions at no point instruct a user to put the floor in (which must be done before all four sides are attached to each other if you're to have any hope of success), nor when or how to attach the exterior enclosure. I am very disappointed with this order, because I was hoping to finally have a solution to the anxiety-incontinence issues that my senior dog has lately developed. I was thrilled to find what seemed to be one of the few reasonably-priced options for a doghouse and attached run that didn't just look like a downsized pole barn. I just wish that the overall experience and product hadn't left so much to be desired.
