If you ordered the large unit, I wish you luck. I was mistakenly sent the small unit, and the entire experience of trying to get it resolved has been a complete nightmare. The smaller unit was packaged inside a box labeled with the dimensions of the larger model, so I had no reason to suspect anything was wrong. It wasn't until I was halfway through assembling it that I realized the dimensions didn't match what I had ordered. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, they agreed to send a replacement at no charge. I then had to completely disassemble the unit, which took another two hours, and repack everything for return. FedEx picked it up the following day, but shortly afterward I received an email saying my replacement order had been canceled because they couldn't confirm the size of the returned item. Since the replacement was canceled, I also wasn't issued a refund. As it stands, Wayfair has the original unit back and my money. To make matters worse, dealing with customer service throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. What should have been a simple shipping error turned into a lengthy, exhausting ordeal.
