The product arrived in perfect condition, though the shipping box was broken or somewhat so the product was covered by two individual boxes connected together. But the car tree is study and fantastic. Love it!

My cats use this everyday. They have no issues getting up or down from the highest levels. I wish there were more colors to suit my decor, but that is my choice to settle for this. The carpet has stood up very well in the year and a half I have had it. No bald spots or seam separation appeared. There was a little shedding, but nothing like some rugs I have had. Would buy again if they add more options.
