When this item was delivered, the box was totally smashed up .. and then taped. I wasn't even going to open it, I was going to send it back. I let it sit in the corner for a couple days, then decided to carefully open the box and check it out. Surprisingly, none of it was broken. I put it together, which only took a couple minutes. It's the perfect height for my cats to hop in and look out the window.... And, they absolutely love the scratch part.
