It came well packaged the only thing that was disappointing was when I readjusted the level of the deck one of the screws broke so now I'm stuck with how I adjusted it the second time. But it was very easy to put together and the quality of the bamboo is good just not the hardware. I used the allen wrench that came with the product and I'm certain Im not that strong to break a screw but maybe I have muscles of steel.

I ordered 2 feeders. Both arrived with same parts missing. Unable to assemble thus rendering both feeders unusable!!

We have a three legged dachshund mix, so this adjustable feeder was a good solution to raise her food and water just enough off of the ground so that she can access it comfortably. It was simple to put together. I did it myself in 20 mins. It also looks nice in the kitchen. The one downside is that we’ve had it for a month now and there is already what looks like discoloration and mold between the bowls. This picture was taken right after wiping it down with a Lysol wipe. I’m sure this is somewhat caused by our dogs being sloppy drinkers and me not wiping it dry enough, but I do worry that this feeder might not last more than a year if the damage continues at this rate.

Overall item is fine, the delivery was another ordeal. The box was ripped open and badly damaged which caused some parts to be missing! Luckily the most needed parts were still in the box so I was able to still assemble it.

Delivery was quick. Assembly was easy. Comes with 2 bowls, stand and a mat (wish it had dogs instead of cat ). My dog pictured is a 120 pound Great Dane who eats 2.5 cups per feeding and the bowls easily accommodate that portion. I was a little concerned that the height wouldn’t be tall enough for her but it was good!
