Shipped quickly and no damage. The anchors are heavy duty with very sharp ends, so they will go in the ground more easily and hold well. They come with bungee type ball tie downs. We're going to use them for our inflatable halloween decor. Exactly what we needed, very happy with them.

These anchors are heavier duty than I expected based on a review I read. They should screw in fairly easily and hold perfectly in your typical back yard. Unfortunately, I live in Southern Oregon where the ground is mostly clay & rock. I think you'd bend even a nail if you tried to pound into that in the dead of summer. :) So I'm hoping these will work in the small garden area around my yurt next spring after the ground has soaked and softened all winter. I think they'll go in OK if I get lucky and don't hit too many rocks. I lost a big area of flowers this spring in 113 degree weather. I'm going to set these next spring and be ready to tie down a large shade tarp when it inevitably overheats again. Much easier than trying to find a well placed tree or large rock! The bungee ties will work for the first season, but every bungee tie I've ever left out in the sun began to break down by the second season. I'll stick with carabiners, but it's nice they're provided.

I need these so badly. I have two dogs that love to wander around when I am outside. They are not large dogs so these hold perfectly. I can install them and remove them to any area I need. They hold the extended leashes keeping my pups safe.

Okay so, they are stakes that screw into the ground. That is what they are, that said the grooves seem shallow and difficult to get into the ground. The top is smaller than anticipated making the twisting/screwing motion a bit more difficult. They will do the trick on soft ground though.

My husband loved these to use for extra stakes in our canopies for summer picnics when the wind is blowing. They are easily stored with the canopies other stakes and can be placed in the ground quickly.
