Giving this rating because although the tree is aesthetically pleasing, it was difficult to build and the instruction manual is terrible. One of the screws did not fit properly. Also, your cat has to be extremely small, possibly only a kitten, to be comfortable in the enclosed portion and the perch. Lastly, there is a weird scent on the material.

Soft. Easy to put together. Cream colored. I wish the hut was a bit bigger. You put supports inside so it loses some space inside it.

it was smaller than what I expected and the fabric is pretty flimsy. I have a cat that loves to scratch and she will most likely wear this out quickly. She is also a pretty small cat on 10 pounds and doesn't really fit on the top platform.
