My dog loves the bed portion of the product, but is unsure about the canopy. He was never crate trained and I'm assuming that it makes him just a bit nervous. I'm glad that the product offers the option to have the canopy, so for the time-being it is off. Setup was pretty easy and while I don't think I'll be disassembling it to store in the tote bag, I was impressed that it came with that option. Everything slides together, no need for tools and the construction is wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dog bed for outdoors where you know your pooch would enjoy the canopy.
