Petpals Customizable Expandable Cat Scratcher - 16"h, Diy, Medium, Poly

Nice sturdy scratcher that seems to last long time. But my cats, both of them prefer to scratch horizontal surfaces instead of vertical like poles, still prefer to scratch carpet underneath this thing (???). Not sure why. The do sit on it, go figure, and like to use it at a hidings place. Maybe they will figure it out later. Nothing to do with the actual product. Wooden parts are real wood, it is very well build. Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, she's sturdy!! The Petpals Poly cat scratcher is wonderful!! This is a piece of furniture, not some throw away piece of cardboard that's going to leave a huge mess and then get tossed in the trash. The Poly is for real! It's made of actual wood and put together with heavy, metal screws. This cat toy isn't going anywhere. It will last you forever. Mess free, durable, and a blast for my baby girl. What more can you want? How about a transforming cat scratcher? One that transforms into pretty much any shape you want? My girl can scratch it, lay on it like, stand on it like it's Pride Rock and become master of all she surveys. She just loves this toy and so do I. Now to the only problem. This toy is a bear to put together. It literally took about an hour and a half with two people. It is not fun or easy and the instructions could be so much better. But, having said that, this is a great toy and we've had great fun playing with it together. Thanks for letting us review it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I went to put this together, my nosey cats were already trying to play with it. It's easy to put it together and easy to clean off! It's very durable, and my cats love to use it. One sits on top, and the other sits below since he likes caves! My old guy uses it as an accessible ramp. It's flexible and doesn't take up much space either, despite being pretty big. The poly also surprisingly holds my old guy's weight since he's a big one.

My kitten is the only one who actually uses it. It’s very very heavy! Sometimes I struggle to change the positions due to the weight. It was also a bit time consuming to assemble. However, it really looks like a high end cat scratcher and is worth every penny. It can really match with any home decor style, and you can completely fold it and store it away in a closet or under a bed if need be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to assemble, only took me about 10 minutes. The cats seem to be interested in it, but they take a while to warm up to anything new. Their favorite style of scratchers are the ones that lay flat on the ground, so I hope they'll like this one.

She was trying to get to it while I was putting it together as well lol. I’m gonna have to say and speak for my cat here but the scent must be attractive to her because she goes to it a lot and will literally nap on it as well. It was packaged great and very easy to put together. The value of something like this is immeasurable when you experience the happiness that your feline friend has for having it to play and scratch on!
