Prestige Cat Trees Cat Haven

I love everything about it except that it doesn’t stand flat against the wall. The top two circles are set back too far, making them stick out the back and keeping the whole tree a couple inches off the wall, which doesn’t work like we needed it to in the space we have. Otherwise, sturdy and well-built…our cat loved it immediately!

Fantastic!!! It came with the base, lower bed and middle section already put together. The only thing I had to do was screw in the upper three poles, then the upper three beds. My kitties love it!! As you can see, there is plenty of room for multiple cats in each bed, and the unit is super sturdy! I am so happy with this purchase! It was worth the wait! Originally I was sent the wrong model… Wayfair offered me the difference in cost back or a replacement. I opted for the replacement. They sent me a shipping label for the one I was returning and I had to bring it to FedEx for the return. No big deal actually super easy… just make sure you take care in opening your package. I was able to use the same box it came in because I didn’t damage the box while opening. Otherwise I would have had to pay for FedEx to pack it. Very satisfied with the quick resolve of the issue and absolutely love my product choice. (Only took 5 days to get the replacement)
