Minimal assembly needed for this cat tree. Extra large so my cat fits in the beds! They love it! Best cat tree I have purchased in years.

I noticed last week the right post was getting loose and when I tried to tighten it, it didn't work. I then took it off to screw it back on but I can't get it on now at all it's broke. Can you help me.?

Cats love it we have 4 climbers.

The tower is great quality, but the wrong color was sent. We selected gray but were sent tan. The beds are not perfectly straight either they’re slightly slanted and unable to sit perfectly upright. My cats do enjoy this tower otherwise.
