Delivery was less than favorable, it was left in the driveway, nowhere close to the front door. Assembly was easy, only took a couple of hours and required only one screw driver. The only complaint was after assembly I couldnt open one of the latchable doors due to holes being drilled in the wrong spot when attaching the door! The middle platform blocks door from opening.

Nice size but poor quality control, which made it tough to put together. It took much longer to put together and was rather frustrating. One of the door panels was backwards and had to be disassembled and put back together correctly. Weve got several semi feral cats and so far none of them will go in. Hopefully, they will eventually go in out of the cold weather. It is a cute house.

My cats love it! They clawed up the corner already, but the immediately took to it. The plastic door covers were hard for them to move. I had to remove them from the side entrances of the upper floor and the front ones on the bottom floor. I also keep it in a covered area so that no rain get's in. The pieces weren't labeled, so I had the wrong pieces in certain areas that I had to correct. I also had to remove a couple of the dowels were not lining up correctly, and it didn't affect the integrity. The cats were all squishing into one cubby, so I removed the middle divider from the top floor. They sleep in a big pile.

My cats love this cat house. It was easy to assemble and looks good.
