Just the right size and accommodations. Was not for sure my cat would use it. Had one before for another at. But, was excited one day when I peeked in the room and the cat was sitting on top ledge. Another time I was really happy to see it in the sleep box on the top. Now, I am happy.

This is sturdy but it's made for smallish cats. I have a 14lb cat that does not fit in the top bed perch and hangs over the flat "steps"

Nice design for olderless abled cats. My cat is 13lbs and the perch is much too small for him. I was excited about this purchase because he has cerebellar hypoplasia and doesn’t jump high. He’s also nearly 12yrs old. I’m sad he doesn’t feel safe sitting or laying in it because the perch is too small and the walls are not sturdy. Still can’t watch the birds and squirrels in the back yard.

Senior cat condo, it was description on the box. Lucking description how to assemble, I had to look on the box, it took under one hour, could be less. My cat loves it! Box came damaged on the bottom corner, but no hardware was lost.

The instructions were not very clear which made it hard to put together. It is too small for my cat. He refuses to play on it unless I put him there. The material is soft. This is meant for a tiny cat.

My tri-pawed kitty loves using the stairs to get up and down from her favorite perch. She’s too big for the perch on this tree, so I detached it. Fully grown cats may struggle to fit in the top bed as well, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, it’s a hit!

For the money it's great! I have a BIG Male I think he may break it LOL but it's perfect for my little tuxedo girl!! Glad I got it

Perfect for older cats or cats missing a limb. We have a three legged tabby, Rufus. (We adopted him that way.) Because he’s missing a hind leg, jumping up and navigating heights most kitty condos is too hard for him. He gets on our tall bed by using pet stairs, so when I saw this tree with steps, I thought “perfect!” Once Rufus figured out that there was a tree he could use AND get away from a pesky younger cat, he took to it like a duck to water! We have it positioned by a huge window so he naps daily in the sun when not watching birds and squirrels from his favorite bed on top. One of the best pet products I’ve ever bought and it was easy to assemble.

The saying “you get what you pay for” is so true. This is a great cat tree for senior cats, however, the assembly instructions are not as detailed as we would have liked. We managed to assemble it but not sure if it’s exactly how it should be. The product description and instruction sheet indicated a round cushion for the top bed area which we did not receive.

Would have appreciated better instructions
