Outstanding! Fairly straightforward setup, even for a 75-year-old lady.

Broke within a few months! Very dissatisfied. 100 in the trash...

Easy to put together, attractive and sturdy when attached to wall.

Another mess with a product from China. This piece was easy to put together until putting on the top part to connect with the ceiling. Attaching the top post to the lower post has thus far been impossible. The sock that is attached to cover the post makes it impossible to screw together. The round piece of wood covered by the sock has the hole to screw the post to this post has a hole drilled completely through it where this inch bolt comes through the top. These bolts were not shown on the manual and as such there were no instructions on how exactly these parts fit together. On the manual a video is supposed to be available online. I put in the URL to watch how this thing works The website came back as an insecure URL. I tried to find the company online and the page was something completely unrelated to the cat post. I believe I was mislead and sold something I did not get. I only bought this a week ago, give or take a day, and now this same item is about $14 less. Consequently, after my first shopping experience I will never order from Wayfair again because I truly believe this is a form of scamming. I don't intend to try to dismantle and ship back. I do, however, want a complete refund. If offered, I would give this item minus 10 zeros, as well as Wayfair.

Arrived super fast, assembled even faster. The cats are already taking to it and scratching on the posts! Well built, with an attractive price point. So far so good!

Simple to assemble and my cats are happy!

I like it but it isnt sturdy so I get nervous every time my cat jumps. We did nail the fabric strip to the wall but it dies not stay from the impact of her jumping on the tree.

My cats love this tree and makes living room look classy and cozy
