i purchased two, the VanGogh Starry Night and Davinci's Mona Lisa.. they're fun and the scratched debris stays in the box! great design.

Item is as pictured. Cats could care less about it and don’t want to scratch in it even with catnip. Cute otherwise, a little annoying to assemble.

One of my cats loves this thing as a scratcher and one just likes to sit in it. ^_^ I was looking for a cardboard scratcher that was enclosed so it wouldn't cover the floor in cardboard bits, and this is exactly what I wanted. Only four stars though because the weird sticky foam tape they include to fasten the front frame part to the rest doesn't work very well and also comes apart into little pieces too easily; I ended up using packing tape to keep the frame on and that works fine.
