The item itself seems like it could be solid, but unfortunately my experience was marred by an item that was damaged on delivery, missing several crucial pieces, and followed by a terrible customer service experience. I submitted documentation of several large, deep scratches, dents, and chips, as well as missing screw holes, problems with the alignment of the drawer, and an entirely missing back panel of the drawer. The customer service team tried to run me around in circles and waste as much time as possible, hoping that I would give up. Initially they told me they could "only offer one resolution per item." In other words, they could fix only ONE of the several *documented* issues with my order. That's just silly. After chatting with a customer service agent for about 30-40 minutes, they finally offered me a better resolution "pending a review", and promised to send me a followup email. That never came, so I had to return and spend another 45 minutes getting a second agent to try to review my previous conversation and finish resolving my issue. They are clearly instructed to stall and waste as much of the customer's time as possible, in the hopes that we will give up. I will not be ordering from Wayfair in the future!

Instructions are not easy to follow and resulted in a drawer that doesn't close all the way. Package came with a few broken hardware prices. Overall too pricy for the quality.
