I bought this because it said it had a strong iron frame I would like to know if by iron you mean the joining plates or brackets There was no iron- it was All wood. When wheeling it, the wood is not so strong either, we heard a crunch as the wood shifted, and thought it broke. I added weather seal, to seal the gaps, leaned a brick against the ramp door, as it does not hold, and the plastic screened window, or the caged windows can easily be pushed in, which worries me. And the slide out for easy clean trays, do Not slide out easy, one doesnt slide in right at all, it hangs out at an angle about 2 inches , it wont push in straight. I Trusted what I read i the description, the description is Not right. Its all wood and rickety. Im happy as my brooder were all out grown, but, boy I really dont trust this and I wish the description hadnt lied, I would have bought something else.

Arrived on time. Directions were clear, went together easily and quickly, about 1.5 hours to complete. Highly recommend!

I like this coop. I’m a beginner when it comes to chickens. My only complaint is a couple pieces of the wood split when drilling. I used wood glue and it’s fine now. Works for 4-6 chickens.

Easy to assemble but definitely not the hour that was listed on the instructions. Took at least 3 or 4 hours. Had it for a few weeks and seems like it is going to hold up well. The only thing is that chickens are better off roosting on a flat bar instead of the small square or round ones like this.

We live in a very cold, snowy region, so I was worried about the winter because there are gaps around the doors and nesting boxes. We have had over 10 days of sub-zero weather and the chickens are fine! This is a great little coop.
