Arbre à chat 47 po Edorta

re order# 4633690172 delivered 4/21/26. My son in law went to assemble this 47" Edorta Cactus Cat Tree and found the main support, broken :-(. Attached are photos showing the damaged part. I would appreciate this being PROMPTLY replaced by sending a new Cactus Cat Tree to me. I was excited for this purchase but VERY disappointed it arrived damaged. Please get back promptly to advise how and when you will remediate this. And to update this review, I received Order #2, 5/22/26, replacement, and exact same issue. Parts broken upon opening box. Hoping your make some BIG changes in your shipping department process so customers are not disappointed when receiving their orders. OR perhaps the materials used to make this cat tree or insufficient. You may consider taking this product off your website. It is pretty to look at but because of your awful shipping it cannot be buildt. Updated review 5/23/26, from a VERY DISAPPOINTED customer. I give this product negative -0 rating.

Perfect cat tree for a wild kitten! It’s not too tall, do not think it would work for adult cats, but great for growing cats. It was easy to put together and it’s sturdy enough. I love it! Love that it’s a cactus!

This cat tree is really cute, but it’s more for aesthetics than utility, especially if you have large cats (8lbs). It’s super easy to put together, basically just 3 bolts and the spring toy screws in the bottom and the plastic bubble just lays in the hole. My bubble came badly cracked. We wrapped it completely in electrical tape and then covered it in an old tee, so I’m not mad about it because it looks pretty good. Overall, cute but small and not very sturdy.

This tree cal scratcher was so cute and my aunt cats loved it . She said it was easy to put together and only took about 30 min. At first the cat was skeptical but now he sleeps in the scratcher every night
