Unfortunately this item did not arrive complete.

I never received the pet pen. The only item that was delivered was the pet pen canopy cover. There is only 1 photo of delivery and that is the canopy. Where the 'HELL' is my pet pen. It has been 9 days, which your website says any missed deliveries should show up in 3 days. Our project has been held up now 9 days and if we have to wait any longer, not only am I going to cancel this order and cancel the credit card charges, I am going to send out a blog to my 22,000 followers to stop doing business with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should definitely read better when ordering. I assumed for the price that this was the whole set up. It is okay but definitely not worse the money when you can find the cage and cover for cheaper together then this.

Was a roof not a kennel and wasn’t satisfied with it needed a kennel
