Loved everything about it except the top basketball cushion was made out of cardboard. Our cat pushed off to get down and it immediately ripped off.

I had the opportunity to receive this cat tree through the Wayfair tried and true program. Oh my goodness!! Can I just say this piece is very big! I don’t mean that in a bad way at all… It is a wee bit big from my home… But That is completely on me and not at all on this product! It is very substantial, heavily weighted, and once put together, it is a substantial construction! And I mean all of that in a very good way. The downside to this project I will say, is that it would go better and faster with two people and not just one person putting it together. I spent all day on a Saturday afternoon, constructing it myself. That has nothing to do with the directions or the construction of this Cat tree. It’s simply that it is big, it is heavy and it is substantial so two people is a wise idea. I cannot believe that this cat tree was part of the Wayfair and true program. It is amazing and I never expected to see anything this good. My cats are so spoiled! And so am I, thank you Wayfair!

Very cute! I believe my kitten, Starlight, will love it. It took about an hour to assemble on my own, and for the most part, the directions were pretty simple. The only thing I didn’t like was the packaging of the screws. Delivery was very quick—I received the product within two weeks of placing the order, and it was packaged very well. It has a nice weight to it, too. The basketball topper is adorable and has padding. I also love the scratching post and additional padding. Instead of a litter box, I will put her bed in the enclosure. Let me know if you refi in th enclosure.”
