This ramp is made very well and my puppies will have many years of use.

Just received today and the main leaver that holds the ramp is missing a screw

If given the opportunity, I would not go back and order this ramp again. There are many pictures of this ramp folded flat which was a big part of the appeal, but what it fails to show is that the side rails need to be screwed in place. So you cannot lay this flat without unscrewing the rails. Had my dog not scratched the mat when we tried to get him to use this (which he flatly refuses to do), I would've returned this. It is sturdy so I gave it two stars for that but I wouldn't buy again nor recommend.
