This cat tree was very easy to assemble and I did it by myself! All parts were present! The box was heavy so I opened it and took things out one at a time and laid everything out. I’m not sure how long it took to put it together but it wasn’t too bad. The instructions were purely illustrations so nothing written. My husband couldn’t believe I could follow them. It I said it was easy. It’s well made and I’m very satisfied and highly recommend! Cats love it!!!

This cat tree is just perfect for my 2 new furry friends. They love the height and the 2 cubbies! It is made very durable and was easy to assemble.

Poorly designed. Poorly assembled by professional through Wayfair. Bolt in mid cube stuck up an inch and poked kitties in belly. Wobbly. Professional left out four parts and neglected to tell me that the bolt stuck up. Bought same design from another site, another manufacturer. No pokey bolt, more stable, and no issues at all. Side by side they were very different in quality. And the negotiating experience with Wayfair (or third party conflict resolver) was a royal pain. NO satisfaction there. Wayfair did not refund the assembly fee. It was impossible to tell which element of the transaction was faulty: handyman assembly, the manufacture, the tree design, or a combination of these might have been involved. Had to call again and Samantha in customer service promised to do her best to get assembly fee refunded.
