The product itself is great, it was just like the image, so no surprises there. Easy enough to put together too. I only had an issue with the delivery. I ordered on June 23rd for a product that was in stock with a reasonable delivery date. The next day it was changed to July 25th and then continued to change a few more time until it arrived on August 2nd. On the new dates for arrival, I had to cancel plans to not be out of town only to have the dates changed more and cancel those plans again. It became a headache, I would have purchased a similar one from a different place if I knew it was going be this way.

My cats love it except they are fighting over the hammock part can I order a separate hammock for cat tree?

This cat tree is so cute and fun! My cat spends most of her time in the hammock.

We have 7 cats and have bought many trees in the past 4 years. They love this tree. And although it is a light color, the fur vacuums off very easily and it stays clean.
