The house is beautiful and my cats love it. Only issue was a bit challenging to screw in the tiny screws. Had to drill little holes in order to screw in. Don’t think this is enough for colder climates alone.

This cat shelter makes a great house for my chicks. I have 18 of them loving it! It opens at the top giving me easy access to clean and install a heat lamp for them. It was easy to put together and heavy enough that even on a windy day it is just fine.

Love!! love!!! love this! Got it for my little dogs, so when they are out on deck , they will lounge some where besides my furniture, I love the door that opens like a garage, air can go through . the roof opens for easy cleaning, the rug out front is also a Wayfair fine!!! you will love this!
