The ceiling support is made out of the same soft carpet of the tower. It slipps off . I had to put gorilla tape to secure it. The hammock is tiny for a kitten or tiny cat only.

The cats love this tower. The only issue we seem to be having is that it shifts on the ceiling but I think that’s because, in the room it’s in now, there are popcorn ceilings. I’ll be moving it to another room soon and hopefully that will resolve the issue
