The cover is sturdy, and easy to clean. However, the cushion insert is terrible quality and has crushed down within a few weeks, despite daily fluffing. My dog is an elderly lean mutt, and really needs a bed which provides better cushioning for his joints. If you want a good quality bed that will last, consider other options.

I could not be happier with a product! My rescue dog loves his new bed! This is the first bed he has not shredded within two days of getting it, but the minute he saw it he plopped down on it and now we can hardly get him up! I love the fact that the cover can be removed and washed. The bed is not only attractive, it is very lofty and soft. Thanks for such a premium bed!
