I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from Wayfair especially if you don’t have the time, resources, or physical ability to deal with a nightmare return process. For context, I’m a single woman who just moved across the country to a city where I don’t know anyone. I don’t have a car, and I rely on deliveries being handled professionally and responsibly. That’s exactly why I ordered from Wayfair in the first place. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. The item I received arrived in a visibly damaged box. When I opened it, the situation was even worse the styrofoam inside was shattered into pieces, scattered everywhere, and the product itself was cracked and clearly unusable. This wasn’t minor damage, it was completely broken on arrival. I provided photos to customer service, expecting a straightforward resolution for a product that was obviously damaged before I ever touched it. Instead, I was told that I would need to PAY to return the item in order to receive a refund. Let me be clear about what that actually means in real life I am expected to somehow transport a large, broken item to FedEx without a car, despite not being physically able to carry it that far. On top of that, I’m being told I need to provide my own packaging materials (including buying a new box, tape, and printing a label) even though the damage was not my fault. The original packaging is unusable because it arrived destroyed. This isn’t just inconvenient it’s unreasonable and completely dismissive of customers’ real-life circumstances. It feels like Wayfair would rather hide behind rigid, impractical policies than take responsibility for delivering a broken product. I didn’t just receive a damaged item, I received zero meaningful support in resolving the issue. That’s what makes this experience so frustrating. I would not only NOT recommend this product, I would strongly caution against ordering anything from Wayfair at all. If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability, just expect to be stuck dealing with the consequences on your own.

Actually fits the litter robot 4 with room to spare. My cats took to using thr cabinet right away. There's plenty of room for my large 14lb cat to get situated. It was easy to put together by myself, but did take some time. The doors close properly and were easy to level. The color is gorgeous in person but my photos make it look a bit grey which is not accurate. Fantastic purchase.

I love it. It fits robot litterbox 4! Now it’s hidden. Bigger than expected, and came with a broken piece but Wayfair replaced it. Looks amazing, beautiful.

Love how cute this is and so happy my dog finally can’t get into the litter box, took me a while to build though
