Grattoir pour chat avec balle jouet et trou d'alimentation

Pieces came in missing and with no assembly instructions. While I'm handy and can pretty quickly put things together, it became apparent that there was a missing piece that prevented the balls from moving freely below the scratching post portion. Further, the base ended up not being large enough to stop it from falling over when my cat scratched it. While I loved that its solid wood, it ultimately isn't a good design and lacks some core quality control.

It’s a cute toy easy to put together except it was missing a screw… it came with no directions so it was a bit of a puzzle but I referenced the picture on the order and then surmised which screws to use where. They did not include 1 screw that is 100 needed.

So I can't really review this very well because I was unable to put it together. My husband was the one who tried. He is currently single-handedly remodeling our entire house so he is very handy. He gave up after an hour and said this doesn't go together, I don't know what to tell you.

Not satisfied with this order. It first came and there were no instructions to put it together. On trying to freehand it, it appears parts may be missing but cant confirm. I reported the issue and they send another set however it was the exact same with no instructions on how to actually build it. Would not recommend.

My cats Really love this toy they love hitting the ball to get catnip out and the challenge of trying to get the wooden balls from under the scratch post. The only downfall was it didn’t come with directions to put it together
