The toy was easy to assemble and feels well-made. Unfortunately, our cat wasn’t too interested in playing with it. She batted it a few times but lost interest quickly. Might work better for more food-motivated cats.

I really want to give this a higher star rating because my cat thoroughly enjoys it. It works well and stays upright. However, it was so poorly packaged that the box was crushed in transit. No filler to protect the items from tossing around. Also, no assembly instructions! And it is NOT an easy puzzle to figure out. If you can figure out assembling [mass produced Swedish furniture] without instructions, then maybe this is for you. I personally enjoy challenging puzzles, but this frustrated me so much. For anyone else purchasing this item, note that the rubber tip goes on the bottom of the spring and into the base. And the smallest circle goes between the two larger ones. Good luck.

I gave it 2 stars at first because it came with no instruction. I had to look at the picture to figure it out. Luckily It was easy to put together. The feeder is cheap plastic, so it got some dents when it came. The balls won't roll smoothly on the tray. At least my cats enjoy getting the treat out of the feeder.

Cute toy. It would of helped if the package had come with some directions to help guide you through putting it together even though it was not hard. Our cat sat there and just stared at it for the longest time until I hit the ball on the top and some snacks flew out. Then she was happy. She finally started to hit the ball around around. I think this would be good for younger cats as our cat is 13 so she isn't the jumpy kind.

This is fun and looks exactly like as it was photographed. It didn’t come with directions but it’s pretty simple to figure out if you use the photograph as a reference point. My cat is older and I still want her to have something to play with and she really enjoyed it. She hasn’t quite figured out the treats part but she likes laying and pawing at the balls. My toddler actually really loves this toy too, haha.
