I have received 5 boxes including replacement boxes atleast 2 pieces from each box damaged I have had to mix and match the pieces from each box to get chairs put together. The replacement box came with 2 seat pieces broken in half they looked karate chopped. I couldn’t post that picture because my phone is acting up and couldn’t capture the picture for the the review. I love the chair but manufacturing and how they are boxed leave a lot to be desired.
