Charlesa Small Animal Cage

Came quickly, simple enough to put together, easy to order. My rats love it.

Directions are terrible. 1 picture with five sentences. Parts were listed that did not come with the model I recieved. The cage was 3 bolts short and the ladder broke during shipping. A&E customer service not returning any call or helping with missing parts and broken ladder. Cage is nice and sturdy once you figure out how it goes together and a trip to the hardware store.

Great cage ... just the right size and very sturdy! Simple to put together however the instructions are lacking and could use more detail.

Very happy with this cage. We bought it for our dwarf rabbit. Had to do a bit of rigging with the ramps so it was easier for him to get up and down. We did have some problems with the condition of the package when it arrived and the colour was off, but Wayfair was friendly and quick to solve the issues.

Absolutely love this cage. I bought it for my Guinea pig so she could have more room. I added bamboo sticks to the ramp so she wouldnt slip going up and down. It took her about a week to go all they way up to the top, but now she runs up and down all levels )

Great quality and was perfect.

It is a wonderful size for our 2 pet rats. The plastic pull out tray came broken and we are waiting for replacement. The negative thing I would have to say is the instructions will little to none. It seemed like a daunting task at the beginning but I was easily able to figure out how to put it together. BUT, someone else may have a difficult time.
