Pretty much like everybody else, the instructions and the holes did not line up, it did make me nervous that my cats might be in danger of the item falling. I loved this item, but my cats did not unfortunately. I gave it away to a friend who has a cat and Im hoping good things come from it. Its not your fault my cats did not like it, so I still gave it four stars

Assembly was confusing, but overall it’s a good product. My cat enjoys chasing tous up the structure.

Cats love it. My one cat spends all his afternoons on it looking out the window.

My cat is in heaven! I used the one way tint for window so cat can see out but no one can see in. He spends all day here.

Kitty approved! My cat loves it but the reviews were absolutely correct the directions are HORRIBLE! But it’s perfect for what I was looking for! Would recommend if you like putting things together. Otherwise you may want to skip simply because of the directions.

Pros cat is using it. Holds my 12 lbs cat. Looks cute. Physics of how it stands works well. Cons Was a bi to put together. Screws for back wrong size for drilled holes and i had to buy my own to correct. Alignment, cut, smelled strongly of glue, had to air out for 3 days and use food to encourage cat to go near it, some wood deformities, scratching pad wrong size and used adhesive tape so may fall off after prolonged use, very very soft particle type wood-easily indented, misalignments even with careful building, and sent a wrong part but was able to use the part sent.

Did I read the details before buying? Possibly not, I had not realized the unit is designed to not have to attach it to the wall. Which actually is a great design and we have the ability to move it as we need to. The cats love the ramp up to the box and find them watching us through the peep paw holes all the time. So far there has been no instances where they've been able to move the unit at all, super neat design and convenient!

Just received and put together by myself. Took me about 3hrs to put together while watching tv and shooing the cats away every 2min. Instructions are just pictures which are accurate but you really have to pay attention to the direction that the pieces are facing and think spatially. Unfortunately, a couple of my pieces were incorrectly marked with the wrong sticker and 2 of them were missing holes so I had to drill my own (the missing holes were drilled into 2 other pieces in error). Luckily, I read the instructions first so I discovered this before I started and was able to make the corrections easily. But I did ding it a star for the poor design. The tower itself seems to be pretty sturdy considering that it just leans against the wall. It does have silicone strips that keep it from causing damage to the wall or from slipping out of place. Both cats were immediately intrigued by the tower and started scratching on the pad right away. They also enjoy the balls at the bottom and one of them is a climber and loves climbing up to the cubby. Overall, it's a solid 4 stars so far...

My cat Sophey loves to get on the top and look over our fence to see the cat next door. She is Queen of the Hill. Thanks
