Deep notable cracks in the base, top, and back panels. The base panel in particularly made it unusable due to being right where my cat would need to jump into the box to get to his litter box. The way the pieces are aligned makes it very set with what side that bottom piece would need to face. Cardboard box had chunks missing from the edges too. Poorly packed and was damaged upon opening. Unsafe to use for my cat. Very disappointed. Ended up tossing the entire box of items and buying another one that was not cracked or broken. Expecting a refund, waiting on wayfair customer support to address.

Perfect works great and looks even better

The cabinet fits my existing litter-box, which is handy. I like the little antechamber. By itself, it stops most litter tracking. I added my own cardboard scratch pad in the little porch, and litter tracking is nearly gone. The enclosure helps make the litter nearly odorless, though I have good litter, so the effect is probably a combo of litter+cabinet. The cabinet has a scuff mark already, but I don't use it in a living room. It's perfect in my bathroom.
