All FOUR of my dog houses had damage to them. Some were what look like manufacturer negligence and some of them seemed like shipment damage. I didn’t receive ONE completely satisfactory product to put together. I would like a discount but I have a feeling this company isn’t going to be fair or just.

Instructions were only in Chinese. The doghouse required more screws than provided. With an American name like Tucker Murphy, I expected better quality and instructions printed in English. We will be updating the doghouse to make it warmer and sealed better for our 2 Dobermans.

Something was always broken but wayfair sent out every part I needed.The end result the dog house looked amazing with no problems thank you wayfair .
