I thought it was packed nicely and shipped promptly! I also liked the fact that it was all wood not particle board. The directions were easy to follow and assembly was very easy with 2 people . Our feral cat hasn’t used it yet but we are hopeful they will as winter approaches. I highly recommend this !

Perfect cat house for my backyard. The interior is just roomy enough, yet not too big. The interior has a partial removable wood divider that keeps the wind out and the entry has flaps to prevent rain/snow from entering. It also has the "escape swing door" on the side. I attached a small piece of trim to the interior of this escape swing door to prevent from swinging inward, therefore predators can't enter and still allows the cats to exit. The roof is sturdy, waterproof and allows easy opening to clean or change bedding accordingly. The legs are long enough and sturdy to keep the house off the ground. It weighs approximately 40 lbs. and has a slanted roof. Highly recommend

Love this outdoor cat house - hope the nearly feral cats use it now that the temps are dropping. Easy to assemble. Wood odor dissipated quickly, not too large, but big enough. Has some nice touches like a draft barrier, a place for food.
