This dog house (bought 2) is perfect size for my XXL dogs. The directions for assembly were clear. The material appears of excellent quality. Only drawback, the small windows were chewed by one of my dogs within a week. They need to have metal protection, as well. We just had heavy, cold rains and I I was pleased to see both my dogs inside their houses!

It was a perfect fit for my German Shepherd. I am a 78 year-old female and thought I would have problems putting it together. But, with help from my 16 year-old granddaughter we were able to assemble the doghouse within an hour. The instructions were clear and every piece was labeled according to the instructions.

The metal frame is well made but the wood part feels flimsy. There is a wooden bar you put on the top of the back side of the dog house that the hinges for the roof screw into. While installing the other metal hinges that keep the roof up when you raise it, the right side of that bar cracked in half. It is not a good design.

Great product. Sturdy and well built. The roof is split with the left side overlapping the right with a metal strip. The strip does not cover the back 1”. I am hopeful rain will not drip in.

Easily assembly, sturdy and my puppy can’t chew anywhere on it! Happy shopper.
