This worked really well for us and is a very sturdy piece!

Surprisely great quality. The assembly instructions have a few areas to improve. One mistake when attaching the magnets, and the diagram leaves something to be desired for attaching the drawer sliders. Make sure you attach them far enough back for the drawer to close all the way! (The image suggests the rails will stick out... they should not, lol.)

The height and litter box area size were the main factors for me; husband liked the glass door and I'm a fan now too. Very heavy box on delivery, but all parts inside undamaged. The door is heavy and tends to slope down from the hinge side; I just used rubber bumpers attached to the bottom to keep it level and rest it on a rubber door stop when open. A few inaccuracies in the assembly instructions. Add the following to each numbered direction. 1) You have to separate the plastic and metal piece and put in the plastic piece first. 3) Holes of metal outer rail to use were different than in diagram; see pic. 5) After Sentence 1 insert Slip holes on Panel 4 onto connector bolts on Panel 3; tilt opposite end of Panel 4 upward to slip onto bolts and dowels of Panel 2. 11) Holes of metal inner rail to use were different than in diagram; see pic. 13) Holes for latches were in #1 and #10 although diagram shows them in #2 and #5. I used holes in #10 only and would never suggest attaching to #1. Attaching to #2 and #5 would probably also be good. 14) Do 16-20) first. Also note that the ear part of hinge fits totally inside the door frame. 15) Only holes for top inside edge of hinge were correct. Use that and then vent hole access to mark position for bottom hinge. Shim door with rubber door stop when attaching as door is very heavy. 23) Adhesive for magnet to top inside of enclosure worked. Remove tape adhesive on the other magnets and glue them to the light. Bump on light trip is sensor and should be toward the walk-in area.

I use the top for food and the litter box is behind a glass door out of the way. Very stylish in the room. It came with lights, but I opted not to use them.
