I want to say it took about a month to receive this, basically I had to contact customer service after they never shipped it and then wait for it to ship again. First off this item that I received was not what I ordered, similar, but not it! The depth of the bottom cabinet was way bigger than what was in the image it actually sticks out 5 inches extra in my room, then the door for the cats to get in is massively bigger than the cute cat cut out pictured. It is a big arc that encompasses the whole side of the cabinet. Then the plexiglass on the cabinet doors came shattered because upon receipt the box had giant holes in it. They were definitely not gentile when shipping the box that was clearly marked fragile. I have started a return but warning, you will have to pay for shipping on this product that doesn’t meet the images and came broken so at the end of the day I am out 50 for receiving what I didn’t order broken.

good looking piece for the price and just what i have been looking for to hide the litterbox. functional, practical and aesthetically pleasing. my cat loves it. this was a win. update door broke off after only a couple months of regular use.
