It's such a cute cat tree, however, the instructions were very unclear and somewhat out of order. In addition it was missing parts and hardware, which the manufacturer did resend. I was pleased with the communication with the manufacturer. Overall though, a very large headache/hassel to assemble.

I have been looking for an interesting cat tree and saw this one. My 2 cats really enjoy it! It arrived in one day and was well packed. Relatively easy to assembe. Directions were diagrams only. It looks nice and hopefully will last for at least a few years!

We were all delightfully surprised by how much our cats love this climber! They all nap on it every day, several times a day, they REALLY love this thing. My guess is that all the seats are generously padded, the material is nice and soft, and the way its so open they dont feel trapped in. They scratch on the wood in the center occasionally. But mostly I feel like this is their safe place. They each have their own seat yet they are still able to be together and they’re up high enough to be away from the dog. And eye-level for us to pet each one as we go by ) I highly recommend you give it a try! Ive had many climbers over the years but I’ve never seen them all take to anything like this one!

Easily the best cat tree I've ever owned. It looks absolutely beautiful and my cats took to it right away. It went together pretty easily and it feels very high quality and it's very sturdy. You can also slightly change the angle of its arms to make it fit your space the best.

well this little bedroom and window is my 10-year-old rescue cats favorite place and he and she, yes I have two rescues, already checked out the new cat tree. arrived within 2 days so shipping was really fast. no damage to the box or any parts inside. all the parts were present and undamaged, all the screw holes lined up perfectly. I think the hardest part of putting this together was the little three tier condo thing I just couldnt wrap my head around which circle went where so I finally figured out. this is a very sturdy and stable cat tree which my cats need for their safety. I think two people would be better off putting this together and it would cut down on the time so if you have a buddy thats handy just grab them and let them help you. I will note that none of the parts had any markings on them as to ABCDEF etc but the instructions were clear. the two branches are definitely solid tree branches (willow) so the cats should like scratching on them. the top perch that is shaped like a flower has plenty of room for my 10 lb cat to lounge up there. the basket thats attached is also stable and plenty big for 10 lb cats. I wish they would have made the platform that they use to jump down from the top perch bigger or not oval it just seems like its a small area especially for a senior cat but Ill keep an eye on this. although its not anything spectacular for this price its very affordable and stable and my cats should get at least three or four years out of it. its 56 in high at the top perch and its 21 in diameter for the top perch although its not bolstered which would have been a nice touch. very pleased with this cat tree and I believe my cats will agree.
