Lower quality than I had hoped for

The reasons I gave 4 stars due to that guide book and give us confused about directions and doesn’t clear in the pictures. We were struggle and confuse over that guide book in 2 hours… for the sellercustomer service, please next time just replace clear pictures in guide book, by the way, we love this design and much better about not let my small dog eat their poops!! Now my small dog cannot go get it from that anymore!! YAY!! Thank you!! Our cats love this new litter designed!!

Let me start by saying that my biggest issue with this product was the lack of concise assembly instructions. Most of the diagrams were vague and difficult to follow. Especially when screwing in the hinges, the instructions were vague on placement. The product could definitely be improved by clear labeling and illustration. My second complaint is that many of the parts were obviously handled roughly prior to packaging and had scratches and scuff marks. Overall, the enclosure serves its purpose, but could definitely be improved.
