First, I want to say that I bought this product as an open box item. tThe product arrived quickly & was in good condition. The opening is really wide, but I was hoping the top would hang over just a bit more though. The shape & design is cute, really like the ears. :) The kittens like the little hanging ball which they play with a lot. The material is soft & squishy, but cat bed is very lightweight, so it falls over & moves around a lot. I think I may have to out something that’s comfortable but weighted, so at least it doesn’t shift around too much. Unfortunately, it was not the size I wanted, but the kittens like it so it worked out well.
