This is the worst thing that I have ever bought on wayfair. The waterproof roof has cracked and peeled and now its warped from rain. The tray that is also the floor of the house fell apart after one day and my poor bunny got his leg stuck and has been injured since. DO NOT BUY

Prices were broke dont fit together like it should and very flimsy would not put it outside. Dog or fox can tear into it easily. Less than week and it fell apart. Not worth the money. Tried to send it back and they wanted to give me a discount. We dot have FedEx drop off here in town. To send it back

I am very disappointed, the wood is very thin , some of the pieces were split and cracked. The pieces did not line up. I have ordered from Wayfair before and have been satisfied but this will make me think twice before I order again!!!

This is definitely not going to last long outside. The roof is like it says “water resistant” and not waterproof. I am going to have to buy some shingles to make this last better. Also, the roof is not connected to the rest of it so I had to do some improvising. I am not satisfied. The drawer is also only held by two very small pieces of wood that will not effectively hold more than one bunny so I will have to make something to go under to make it more stable. There’s definitely better options

It’s a nice hutch and I’m glad I got it! The instructions could be a little more detailed but over all I’m happy with it
